• Floating teachers & Subs must be flexible and willing to wear many hats. While these teachers do not have a dedicated class, they support a cadre of classes, the director and administrative staff as needed. Assist in the daily management, supervision of children, and implementation of Jaylen’s Christian Academy’s Learning Model. Ensure children are actively engaged in a safe, orderly, and stimulating learning environment. Develop and maintain positive interactions with teachers and parents. Responsible for routine record keeping such as attendance and must possess effective communication skills both written and verbal.

• Assistant Teacher positions open for young Toddlers, preschool and VPK classrooms. Assistant Teacher will assist in the daily management, supervision of children, and implementation of Jaylen’s Christian Academy Learning Model. • Early Headstart Teachers (CDA required) will To assist the Head Start teacher and cooperate in a supportive role carrying out developmentally appropriate activities. To promote the health, nutrition and education of the children and to attend to their safety and welfare. Must meet requirements per Federal Head Start Performance Standards and any local, state and or agency policies and procedures.

• Lead Teachers are passionate about the intellectual and emotional development of children, and we are currently in search of an equally passionate and enthusiastic Lead Teacher to join our child care team. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for maintaining a positive and appropriate educational environment, and creating a program that meets the intellectual and emotional needs of all of our children. The successful candidate will work closely with the Educational Director to ensure our program provides education, physical health, emotional well-being and parental involvement services to all enrolled students.
